Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your product. The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Non-refundable Items

  • Products that are used or damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after the 7-day window

Shipping
